Lenovo has today launched its brand new smartwatch, the Lenovo EGO (Rs. 1,999) in India, to take on popular fitness trackers like the Mi Band 3 and Honor Band 4.

The smartwatch comes with a decidedly G-Shock like look, and comes with some impressive features to boot. There’s a heart rate monitor, and it can take continuous heart rate readings. Along with that, the watch comes with sleep tracking, it can mirror notifications from your phone, track your swimming sessions, and a lot more.

The watch is also extremely lightweight, coming in at just 45g, and has a 42mm anti-shine reflective non-color display. The watch is also water resistant up to 5ATM.

Other than that, the Lenovo EGO is claimed to offer a battery life of 20 days. Priced at Rs. 1,999, the Lenovo EGO is a direct competition to Xiaomi’s wildly popular Mi Band 3, and should appeal to users looking for a smartwatch at an extremely low price point.
