HMD Global launched the Nokia 8110 4G ‘Matrix Phone’ in India earlier this month alongside the Nokia 3.1 Plus. Starting today, the Nokia 8110 4G will now be available from the Nokia online store and authorized retail outlets across the country at Rs. 5,999.

The dual-SIM device sports a 2.4-inch QGVA curved display, and it is powered by a 1.1GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 205 SoC. There’s also 512MB of LPDDR3 RAM on-board along with 4GB built-in storage which is expandable up to 32GB. Sadly, you won’t be able to take selfies due to the lack of a front-facing camera, but you do get a 2MP rear camera.

The Nokia 8110 4G packs a 1,500mAh battery which is claimed to offer up to 25 days of standby time. On the software side, the device runs KaiOS and comes with a ton of Jio’s apps such as MyJio, JioTV, etc. pre-installed, just like the JioPhone 2. And thanks to KaiOS, the device can also run apps such as WhatsApp, YouTube, Google, etc. but just don’t expect the same level of functionality that is available on smartphones from these apps. The phone also comes with a bunch of pre-loaded games including the iconic Snake game in a new avatar.

The Nokia 8110 4G, which is available in Traditional Black and Banana Yellow color options, also comes with an exclusive free data offer for Jio subscribers. As per an official press release, users will get up to 544GB of free 4G data if they use a Jio SIM on the Nokia 8810 4G.

Buy the Nokia 8110 4G from the Nokia Online Store (Rs. 5,999)
