A technology company operating in Babcock Ranch, Florida was ordered by the US Department of Transportation on Friday to cease activity on a pilot-program using autonomous vehicles to transport school children. TNW reported last month that tech startup Transdev had entered an agreement with the progressive city of Babcock Ranch to demonstrate its autonomous shuttles.
